These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Access All Areas Training Centre, Unit 1D Barlow Way, Fairview Industrial Estate, Rainham, Essex RM13 8BT (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a course with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Course Bookings and Confirmation
All course bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed booking form and the required payment (full or deposit, as specified).

We will send you a booking confirmation via email, which will include course details, dates, times, and location.

 

2. Payment
Course fees are as stated on our website or in our course literature.

Payment can be made by [List accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card].

Full payment must be received no later than [e.g., 28 days] before the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your place.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by the Customer:

If you cancel your booking more than [e.g., 28 days] before the course start date, you will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel your booking between [e.g., 14 and 28 days] before the course start date, you will receive a [e.g., 50%] refund.

If you cancel within [e.g., 14 days] of the course start date or fail to attend, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by the Training Centre:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time.

In the event of our cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course date. We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses you may incur.

 

4. Course Requirements
You must meet all stated prerequisites for the course, including any age, health, or prior experience requirements.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely in the training.

You must arrive on time for all training sessions. We reserve the right to refuse entry if you are late and may not be able to offer a refund.

 

5. Your Conduct and Safety
You must comply with all health and safety instructions, rules, and procedures given by our instructors and staff.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course without a refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

 

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including presentations, handouts, and other content, are the intellectual property of Access All Areas Training Centre, Unit 1D Barlow Way, Fairview Industrial Estate, Rainham, Essex RM13 8BT or our licensors.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use related to the training.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the course materials without our prior written consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in our courses, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by our negligence.

Our total liability to you for any breach of these Terms is limited to the total amount of the course fees paid by you.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
